TallyPrime now comes with the Payment Request feature that helps generate and share payment links and QR codes using Payment Gateway or UPI. This empowers parties to settle payments instantly and conveniently.

Once registered with the Payment Gateway or UPI service provider, relevant details can be set up in TallyPrime. A Merchant Profile can be created using the same details, such as the Merchant ID and e-mail ID or phone number, which were entered while registering on the Payment Gateway.

For UPIs, a Merchant Profile can be created by providing the registered UPI ID. Once the setup is complete, TallyPrime helps generate and send Payment Requests instantly. The payment links and QR codes are generated and shared instantly with customers when transactions are saved.

FAQ

Startup Pitch Generator Return Policy?

Talli's Return Policy allows for returns within 45 days from the delivery date. If the order isn't quite right for some reason, it can come back. Upon receipt of the returned item, a full refund of the purchase price is given, less a $10 restocking fee per device.

To initiate a return, an email should be sent to support@talli.me with the name, order or delivery date, and the email address associated with the order along with details that will help understand why the item didn’t work out. A prepaid shipping label for the return will be emailed. The returned items must be in "like new" condition, and in the original packaging. The refund (less applicable costs) will be processed and applied to the original method of payment as soon as possible after receipt of the returned item. Depending upon the credit card company, it may take up to an additional 10 business days after the credit is applied for the credit to appear on the credit card account.

If a damaged item is received, it should be reported within 48 hours of the delivery. An email should be sent to support@talli.me with a photo of the damage along with the name, order or delivery date, and the email address associated with the order. Depending on the damage, a replacement may be received.

Gift returns outside of the return window will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
